This Privacy Policy explains how CN-Seamless Inc. ("CN-Seamless," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit cn-seamless.com, request a quote, create an account, make a purchase, or participate in our Fab-Creator program. Account information: when you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password; if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile identifier from Google. Each account is assigned a customer account number.

Inquiry and lead information: our contact form, newsletter sign-up, and plasma-cutter finder collect the details you provide, typically your name, email, phone, company, and message.

Quote and order information: to prepare a quote or process an order we collect your contact details, billing and shipping address, company, and (for dealers) end-customer information and business details.

Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. CN-Seamless does not receive or store your full card number; we retain only limited transaction details (such as an order total and a payment reference).

Content you submit: if you join the Fab-Creator program you may submit photos, videos, testimonials, social-media links, and machine serial numbers, which we store to review and, with your consent, feature.

Usage and device information: with your consent, we use analytics to collect information such as pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar data through cookies and comparable technologies.

Security information: to protect our forms from abuse we use bot-detection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and rate limiting, which process technical data such as your IP address.

We use personal information to: prepare and deliver quotes and orders; respond to inquiries and provide support; create and manage your account; operate the Fab-Creator rewards program; send transactional emails (such as account, quote, and order messages); operate, secure, and improve the website; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with our legal obligations. With your consent, we also use analytics to understand and improve how the site is used.

Essential cookies keep the site working: for example, your signed-in session, your cookie-consent choice, and shopping-cart state. These are always active.

Analytics cookies and similar technologies (delivered through Cloudflare Zaraz, including Google Analytics) run only after you consent, and you can change your choice at any time through the consent controls on the site. Declining analytics does not affect essential site functionality.

We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to provide their service:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, database (D1), file storage (R2), media streaming, and analytics delivery (Zaraz). • Stripe: payment processing. • HubSpot: customer relationship management and sales follow-up. • Resend: transactional email delivery. • Google: account sign-in (OAuth) and, with your consent, Google Analytics.

Embedded video may be served by YouTube or Cloudflare Stream. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. CN-Seamless does not sell your personal information.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, operate your account, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you subscribe to our newsletter or receive marketing email, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those messages or by contacting us. Transactional messages about your account, quotes, and orders are not marketing and are sent as part of the service.

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and bot and abuse protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The website is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

CN-Seamless operates in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States and by the service providers listed above. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
