Do I need my own plasma cutter?
The Mach 1 works with most common plasma cutters, including the Hypertherm Powermax and Lincoln FlexCut series. If yours has a CNC/remote port we can fire it automatically; if not, talk to us about options. The oxy-fuel process is fully integrated and needs no extra equipment.
How long does setup actually take?
From the case to cutting in minutes. Set the base on the steel, energize the magnet, connect your process, and pick a program on the tablet.
Can it cut bevels?
Yes. With the 4-axis Bevel Arm option you can cut weld-prep bevels in a single pass. The standard 3-axis arm handles flat, square-edge cutting.
What about pipe?
The optional Pipe Base mounts the machine on curved surfaces, and the integrated programs cut accurate holes and saddles at the push of a button.
