Registering your Mach 1 activates the full 5 year limited warranty, extended from the standard 1 year coverage and serviced in Australia by APS. This warranty applies to the original end user purchaser and cannot be transferred.
- Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Not Covered
- Wear items, misuse, neglect, modification, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, shipping or storage damage, or external causes.
- Remedy
- At the discretion of CN-Seamless: repair or replace the product, supply replacement parts and instructions, or issue a prorated refund based on the remaining warranty term.
- Shipping
- Buyer pays shipping to an Authorized Service Provider. CN-Seamless pays return shipping if the claim is approved.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits of this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law.
